Hand weaving with wooden frame • Steinach • 1955.

Weaving.
The weaving rod or bar has two bevelled sides on both ends.

Rotate the weaving bar from one bevel on the other, then rotate it by alternating each one of the threads, up and down, thereby creating a space in which the weft thread can be pierced with the attached shuttle. Press it together with a comb or with the shuttle. 

After each woof the weave sample is rotated so this change the space, thus creating the fabric. By changing the colors you can make very beautiful patterns.
