Gingerbread tin with delftware tiles and wood pattern.

Rectangular tin for gingerbread with separate lid. The lid has a brown wood structure. The sides of the tin have a wooden structure with several images of Delftware tiles on it.

On these tiles are images of windmills, bridges, farms, flower arrangements etc. Four semicircular spherical feet that are stamped in the tin at the bottom.

The tin is in an original vintage condition with traces of use.

Delftware or Delft pottery, also known as Delft Blue (Dutch: Delfts blauw), is blue and white pottery made in and around Delft in the Netherlands and the tin-glazed pottery made in the Netherlands from the 16th century.
