Round casserole Arcopal Fruits de France Ø 17,5 cm

Round casserole or baking dish by Arcopal. 

This vintage casserole or baking dish by Arcopal France, is round and spherical and comes in the famous 'Fruits de France' pattern. Both sides are decorated with pear, grape and aplle on twig. (the appel is a bit damaged at the front). The lid has only the apple as decoration. 

'Arcopal' was one of the first series of tableware that were created by Arc International. 

Arcopal, The brand was introduced in 1958. This fully tempered glass is known for its high strength and durabillity and, although very thin, Arcopal glass is five times stronger than porcelain. 

Arcopal tableware was famous for its translucent opal borosilicate glass. The Arcopal France tableware is suitable for microwave and is dishwasher safe. Arcopal baking dishes are suitable for oven, microwave and dishwasher.
