Ministeck is a kind of toy in which small plastic mosaic stones are clamped onto a plastic base plate. This allows true works of art to be made, as a pastime or to hang on the wall.

Ministeck was developed in 1965 in Germany by Helmut Gottwald. In 1997, Ministeck GmbH was finally established in Langenzenn to sell the products.

In the current age of digital photography and computers it is possible to convert your own digital photos into a Ministeck pattern (which you could also use for example embroidery).
