Description
Vintage tin executed in the shape of a book with closure. This rectangular tin has the appearance of a book and looks alike with cover, spine and pages.
The decoration consists of copper-colored book fittings with a picture of an old sailing ship against a light yellow marbled background on the front in a mint green medallion. The tin has a hinged lid that falls into the tin.
The back of the tin book has also copper-coloured fittings on a light yellow marbled surface. The side of the tin, as well as the bottom and top, shows the pages of the book.
Condition
This tin is in a neat vintage condition with traces of use and age-related traces of wear.
