Description
This green PeDe string bean mill is from the 50s / 60s. It is a kitchen tool that was widely used to cut string beans and runner beans into narrow strips. Nowadays people also cut garter with it.

The device consists of two input slots, in which the entire string bean is stopped. Behind this slot there is a rotating knife that is driven by a pendulum, which is operated manually. This PeDe string bean grinder has a screw clamp to attach the grinder to a table or countertop.
