Description
Beautiful set of tins for coffee, tea and sugar. The tins are equipped with a loose dark green lid. The tins are in addition to the well-known "Chicken and Rooster" dinnerware from the German company Zeller.

The decoration of these tins consists of a light to creamy-coloured  yellow background with the designation of coffee, tea and sugar in curly decorative letters accompanied by an image of a chicken and rooster on a lawn. The bottom of the tin is decorated with a curved pattern.

Condition
This set of three storage canisters is in a good vintage condition with normal traces of use and age-related traces of wear.

Chicken and Rooster
The 'Chicken and Rooster' dinnerware is the most famous Zeller-Keramik dinnerware in the Netherlands. This dinnerware has been made in Schwarzwald, Germany for over 150 years. All items are still painted by hand. Over the years, the entire process from a lump of clay to a beautiful article, as well as the paint and production have been adapted to this time. In addition, Zeller-Keramik has changed ownership several times, which has led to small changes, although the 'basic recipe' has remained the same.

This hand-painted Chicken and Rooster dinnerware has been traditionally made since 1898.
