Description
Vintage tin with a square shape and rounded corners. Equipped with a hinged lid. The decoration of this tin consists of a golden background with brown/purple details. On top of the lid a work by the painter Jules Wagner.
The sides of this tin show a panorama of a townscape with the texts in a golden amulet: "Jules Wagner 1818-1882", "Oude tijd" and "Ancien temps". There is a lock hole on the front, but as usual with this type of can, the key is missing. Of course this tin can simply be opened and closed.
This tin is marked on the bottom with embossed text: Demaret Confiserie.
Condition
This tin is in a good vintage condition with normal traces of use and age-related traces of wear.
