Description
The famous tin made by Brabantia for gingerbread or cake. Decorated with an orange background with flower patterns in pink and brown. This motif is known under the name of the designer "Patrice". Chrome handle and closure. Hinged lid which opens on the side. Including handy wooden board to cut the cake into slices.

The popular Patrice design by Patrice van Uden was first introduced by Brabantia in 1969. This design is one of the most recognizable, due to its brown and cyclamen-colored flowers on an orange background.

The "flower element" was first cut from paper and then assembled, after which it was made into a screen print in two colors for the "artisanal appearance" of the pattern. The design became one of the most popular Brabantia designs ever. It is still used in many Dutch households.

This bright orange cake tin by Brabantia is in a vintage condition with traces of use and age-related traces of wear.
