Skript: a language game of stature.

Description
This word game is about guessing the words of the other players as quickly as possible, based on different data. The game is very clever: you get instructions regarding the letters with which the word starts or ends, word definitions and tips to certain letters. It sometimes reminds a bit of Mastermind, but with more options to guess.

The aim of the game is to find the word chosen by each player from the dictionary as quickly as possible.

Each player chooses a word from the dictionary and writes down a description that betrays as little of the word as possible. Agree the length of the word in advance. Always take two cards from the game board. Each pair or card plus a joker entitles you to part of the word: the beginning, the end, the description or the place in the dictionary. This is how the word is unraveled step by step. The first person to find the words of his opponent wins the game.

Jumbo (games)
Jumbo is a well-known manufacturer of board and board games.

Engelbert Hausemann, a German traveling salesman, founded on January 1, 1853 a business in Amsterdam, an 'Agency and Commission Case in Kramerijen', comparable to a shop by Sinkel. This case was the predecessor of the current game publishers and manufacturers Hausemann & Hötte.

In 1860, Wilhelm Hötte (1843), the son of Engelbert Hausemann's sister, joined the ranks as an employee. In 1873 he founded his own company. On December 27, 1882, Hausemann & Hötte decided to work together as Hausemann & Hötte. This collaboration lasted five years, Engelbert Hausemann withdrew into old age on December 31, 1887. The company was dissolved and it was agreed that Wilhelm Hötte would continue the company under the existing company name.

In 1947 the first leaflet with Jumbo games was published.

In 1978 Hausemann & Hötte obtained the designation 'Royal'.
