Description
Large round storage tin for Italian Pandoro cake equipped with a loose pointed lid with a silver coloured knob. The decoration of this tin consists of a light yellow to orange coloured background with images of violets with leaves.
The pansy is a popular cultivated flower in rich colours, with both summer and winter blooming varieties.
Pandoro is a sweet, naturally leavened baked product, made according to tradition and free from genetically modified ingredients. Pandoro is the Veronese variant of the Milanese Panettone. Pandoro, meaning "golden bread", unlike the Panettone, does not contain candied peel and raisins. It's a cake that is somewhere in between brioche bread and cake. It's not as dry as the brioche bread, but not as greasy as cake either. It is a light pastry that also (or precisely!) Tastes delicious with a glass of Prosecco.
