Description
Tin vintage round cylindrical canister in memory of the wedding of Princess Juliana & Prince Bernhard. The tin is fitted with a loose lid which is decorated with leafy green and orange apples.

In the centre of the front of the tin is a black and white image of the young couple with the arms of the Netherlands, on the left the Rijkslion, and of Von Lippe-Biesterfeld, on the right with orange carnation. Above the portrait is a crown and next to it vertical zones for decoration with stripes and tendrils with orange apples.

Condition
This tin is in a vintage condition with traces of use and age-related traces of wear. Photos are part of the description.

Juliana of the Netherlands
Juliana Louise Emma Marie Wilhelmina, Princess of the Netherlands, Princess of Orange-Nassau, Duchess of Mecklenburg, Princess of Lippe-Biesterfeld was Queen of the Netherlands from September 4, 1948, to April 30, 1980. The investiture took place on September 6, 1948. Juliana was married to Prince Bernhard van Lippe-Biesterfeld, with whom she had four daughters, and was the only child of the marriage of Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands to Prince Hendrik of Mecklenburg-Schwerin.
