Vintage tin by A. Driessen. Dessert-Chocolaad 1920s - 1930s. 

Text on lid: Netto 1/2 kilo.

Rectangular tin with rounded corners. On lid, embossed, product name and company name in oval shape. Flanked by two anthropomorphic creatures with bird heads, wings, pronounced torso and lower bodies of acanthus. Rectilinear edge trim with a pair of semicircles, in relief. On front and back company name, embossed with a letter frame of acanthus leaves. On the side product name type oval flanked leaf motif. 

This item is also part of the collection of the Rotterdam Museum.
