Retro & Design uses your personal data for processing an order, sending newsletters and registering you as a customer.
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data in order to handle the order properly. We have concluded a processing agreement with MyOnlineStore B.V (Mijnwebwinkel) for this purpose. We may then use your personal data to transfer it to one of our delivery services so that it can deliver the order properly. We also receive information about your payment method via the payment option chosen by you.
For this, we use your payment details, name and address details, gender, e-mail address, telephone number and billing address. We keep this information up to six months after your order has been completed and seven years later (this is the legal obligation to retain).
Retro & Design will not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to guarantee the service. The retention period is a maximum of seven years, calculated from the date of the order.
We use your e-mail address for sending messages concerning your order that relates to the payment and sending or requesting further information. E-mail addresses for the newsletter, we keep until you unsubscribe. With every newsletter, we send you there is the possibility to unsubscribe at the bottom.
- Information about the recipients of the data
Retro & Design will only provide collected data to third parties if this is deemed necessary for the unhindered performance of the service or to comply with a legal obligation.
Your data is shared with the following organizations:
- DPD or PostNL. To ensure the delivery of your order as quickly and successfully as possible.
- MyOnlineStore. Data that you enter when placing an order or when sending a message are stored on the servers of our processor MyOnlineStore (Mijnwebwinkel). MyOnlineStore provides a security level that matches the data to be processed and takes adequate measures to protect data against loss or any form of unlawful processing. For example, standard use is made of a secure SSL connection.
An SSL certificate protects the connection between the visitor and the server on which the website is hosted. An SSL certificate can be recognized by the green lock in the address bar. Encrypting the connection ensures that information, such as personal data, does not fall into the wrong hands.
- Payment services.

We have signed a processor agreement with Google. There are strict agreements about what they can use. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We let Google anonymize the IP addresses.
