Vintage tin by Côte d'Or. 

Op this tin several images telling the fable of "The fox and the stork" by J. de La Fontaine. Jean de La Fontaine was a classicist French writer and poet known for his fables. 

This tin is in a nice vintage condition. Marked at the botom with Côte d'Or. 

The tin tells the story of Mister Fox who is serving Madam Stork soup on a flat dinner plate. In return she is serving him a dish from a tall bottle. 

Lovely tin, highly collectable!
