Gorgeous vintage JENAer glas casserole with lovely flower pattern. This casserole is from the mid 60s, early 70s. JENAer glas is a heat-resistant and chemically resistant borosilicate glass, developed by Otto Schott in 1887. Today, Jena glass is produced in the Lower Bavarian town of Zwiesel (Germany).
Marked at the bottom: Schott Mainz JENAer Glas.
