With this powder, by adding milk, a delicious pudding could be made easily and quickly. In 1903, Polak moved into a building on Hereweg in Groningen to further expand the manufacture of pudding powder. The pudding is marketed under the name A.J.P. Abraham takes his sons, Moritz and Eduard, into the company and they continue his work after the death of Abraham Polak in 1924.
