Description
This butter dish comes complete with the accompanying lid which can also be used as a stand. The butter dish is part of the tableware from the "Anemones" series by the Arcopal France brand. It is made of tempered opal glass and is no less than five times stronger than porcelain.

Condition
This butter dish is in a neat vintage condition with normal, minimal traces of use and age-related traces of wear. No chips and / or breaks. Photos are part of the description.

Arcopal, the historic brand of Arc International was introduced in 1958. This fully tempered glassware has become known over the years for being very strong and durable, break and chip resistant. Although very thin, Arcopal opal glass is five times stronger than porcelain.
